Pecan Pie

My Favorite Pie in the World is Pecan Pie. This recipe is simple and quick. It's the perfect dessert for any time but even better with Christmas coming.



1 1/2 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Light or Dark Caro
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Light Brown Sugar
2 T Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Butter (melted)


Beat all ingredients except pecans until light and fluffy. Add pecans and pour into a 9 inch deep dish pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
